AliveColors is a multifunctional graphics editor that allows you to generate images using specialized neural networks.

There are two ways to generate images in the AliveColors image editor:

Local Generation — images are created using AI models installed and run directly on the user's computer.

Cloud Generation — images are created using AI models hosted by third-party service providers.

 

Please note that the AKVIS company does not guarantee that generated images are free from copyright infringement, are unique, or are suitable for unrestricted commercial use.

The rights, restrictions, and conditions governing the use of generated content are determined solely by the license agreements, Terms of Service, and other applicable policies of the developers or providers of the AI model used to generate the image. These terms may be updated or changed by the respective providers or by the AI model developers at any time.

AKVIS (and its software AliveColors) is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, legal disputes, or third-party claims arising from the creation, publication, distribution, or use of generated images.

Before publishing, reproducing, distributing, or using generated content for commercial purposes, users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable license terms and usage policies of the AI model they have chosen.
