The AliveColors graphics editor allows you to combine images into a striking composition.

The Emersion effect merges images so that the object is "embedded" in the background in separate areas.

Put a fragment into a background and select in the menu: Effects -> Combine Images -> Emersion. While creating a collage using this effect, you can "shift" objects from the foreground to the background, and vice versa, and achieve texture merging and superimposition of selected areas.
