Follow the steps:

Use one of the shape tools to draw a vector path. Here, we used the Freeform Pen Tool .

Choose the Fit Text to Path tool . It's helpful for adding an inscription along the selected object.

Put your text and adjust it using the tool's options dialog box.

You can rasterize the text, convert it to a shape or to a path.
